I'm Abby.
I began my career in 2018 as the Director of Communications at Keller Williams Realty, where I had the opportunity to support brokerage operations and assist agents with their day-to-day business needs. From there, I obtained my NYS Real Estate Salesperson license and joined a top real estate team in the Greater Rochester area as a Transaction Coordinator. This is where I discovered my passion for client care and developing systems for a smooth and efficient contract-to-close process. In 2023, I stepped into a training role, where I educated agents on streamlining their systems, leveraging technology, and growing their businesses more efficiently—a role that inspired me to launch Abby Assist Co., combining my passion for creating seamless processes with my desire to help agents focus on what matters most: serving their clients. My true joy comes from helping others and diving into the details—I can't wait to assist you!
